Loved location and cleanliness, everything was fairly clean and great. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, a mini fridge bar and a microwave oven.

The room was quite and warm, the hotel was fairly clean. I slept so comfy in the really comfy bed. All members of staff were very, very nice. Particularly good location to old town lucerne. Efficient check-in.

Location was quite great! One of the best buffet breakfasts in Switzerland. Having an electric kettle and a kettle in the room was convenient.
